Terms of Service

Last updated: 19 July 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of cutbench.io and the CutBench application operated by CutBench Ltd. By registering or using the service, you agree to these Terms, our End-User License Agreement (EULA), and our Privacy Policy.

The service

CutBench is a cloud software platform for fabricators to manage operational workflows such as quoting, jobs, scheduling, and invoicing. Features may change as we improve the product.

Accounts and organisations

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. Organisation administrators are responsible for managing users and permissions within their organisation.

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. If you use CutBench on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

Subscriptions, trials, and fees

Paid plans, trial periods, and pricing are described on our website or in an order form. Fees are charged in advance unless we agree otherwise. Taxes may apply.

Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel according to the process in the product or by contacting [email protected]. Fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

Customer data

Your organisation owns the customer, job, and operational data you store in CutBench. You grant us permission to process that data to provide the service.

You remain the controller of end-customer personal data you upload. You must only upload data you are entitled to process and must comply with applicable privacy laws.

Acceptable use

You agree to use CutBench only for lawful business purposes and in line with our EULA. We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe your use threatens the security, integrity, or availability of the service, or violates these Terms.

Integrations

Optional integrations with third-party products (including accounting platforms) are provided as a convenience. Availability depends on those providers. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms.

Service changes and support

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable. We provide support via the channels we publish (for example email to [email protected]).

Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep the other’s non-public business information confidential and use it only as needed to perform under these Terms, except where disclosure is required by law.

Warranties and liability

The service is provided subject to the warranty disclaimers and liability limits in the EULA, which form part of these Terms.

Termination

You may stop using CutBench at any time by cancelling your subscription and ceasing access. We may terminate or suspend accounts for material breach, non-payment, or unlawful use. After termination, we may delete organisation data following our retention practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after the “Last updated” date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires additional notice or consent.
