A dedicated templater portal to see offers, claim the jobs you want, decline the rest, and keep your schedule tidy - with job details and forms where you need them.
Templaters are invited by fabricators. If you template for a CutBench shop, ask them to add you under Settings → Templaters.
Why it's good for you
Shops invite you to their templater roster. Preferred templaters see offers first; after the shop’s window, the wider roster gets a turn. First to claim wins - others can decline so nobody is left guessing.
Accept or decline in the portal, then book the visit on your portal schedule. Site address and the job detail you need for the template sit on the job - quotes and full customer contact stay with the shop.
Use on-site job forms and checklists when the shop uses them - including signatures - so measurements and sign-off are not stuck in a notebook or a text thread.
Freelance templaters can work with multiple fabricators that invite them. Each shop’s offers and claimed jobs stay in the portal - instead of juggling three WhatsApp groups and a paper diary.
Day to day
Open the portal when you get an offer alert - preferred jobs show first when shops set it that way.
Take the jobs that fit your week; decline the rest so the shop can move on.
