No real job by day 30? Free access ends and you choose a plan. No credit card required - we never charge automatically. Extra storage on Pro from £5/month. Prices in GBP, billed monthly. Seats cover office staff and staff templaters/fitters. Freelance templaters and fitters do not use seats; portals are included on Starter and Pro. See Terms.
Free access - common questions
- When does the free period end?
- You always get at least 30 days. If you have started a real job by then and it is not Done yet, you stay free until that job reaches Done, or until day 60 - whichever comes first.
- What counts as finishing the first job?
- When a real (non-demo) job reaches status Done after quote, template, cut and fit. Sample or demo jobs do not count.
- What if I finish the job before day 30?
- You still keep free access until day 30. Completing a job early does not start billing early.
- What if I have not started a real job by day 30?
- Free access ends. Empty workspaces do not get a longer tour. Choose a plan if you want to continue.
- What happens if the job is still open on day 60?
- Free access ends at the 60-day cap even if the job is still open. Choose a plan to keep going.
- Do I need a card? Will you charge me automatically?
- No card is required to start. We never charge automatically. When free access ends, you choose and pay for a plan only if you want to continue.
- What do I get during the free period?
- Your first workspace starts on Pro + Quote Studio so you can try the full product. After free access ends, pick Starter, Pro, or Pro + Quote Studio.
- Do I still need CounterGo?
- No. Quote Studio lets you draw and price worktops in CutBench - included on your free trial and on the Pro + Quote Studio plan. If you still quote in CounterGo, Starter and Pro keep CounterGo PDF import as a fallback.
