Templaters sign in to see available offers and their own jobs. They accept or decline, then book the visit. Site address and what they need for the template sit on the job - quotes and invoices stay with the shop.
The job shows whether the offer is open or claimed, and who took it. Once someone accepts, they are assigned as templater - so scheduling and the workshop can see the template is booked without a WhatsApp chase.
Claimed work connects back to the job and templating date. The shop calendar stays the source of truth for the week; the portal is how freelancers see offers and lock in their visits. Templaters can also subscribe their personal appointments to Outlook, Google, or Apple with a private link - so the visit shows on their phone without connecting a Google account.
